Jala Neti

Jala Neti Pot

Let me introduce to you a very close friend of all yoga practitioners. Extreemly practical, cute, small, light Jala Neti Pot is the nasal cleansing device very usefull for beginers and perfect for travellers.

Even more… You don’t need to be an advanced yogi to get all benefits, the practice is easy to learn, and it can be done in about 2 minutes, easily integrated into ones daily routine just like showering or brushing the teeth. But when you start using it life will simply smell different  :)

What magic is in it and why it works so well? When you will be leaning over the sink…, as the water flows through the nasal passages, the dead-end sinus passages are flushed in a manner combining the force of gravity with the venturi-effect. A subtle vacuum is created which ectracts the mucus and the toxins from the sinus passages into the flowing water.

  • It reduces snoring particularly among people whose nasal passages are obstructed that make mouth breathing necessary.
